3-Dome Tank Car

Was also built by UTLX and was assigned to Procor service.

Admiral Dewey Pullman Train Car. (To Become A Bed & Breakfast)
Built in Feb. 1929 by the Pullman Co., Worcester, Mass. It was a 12-berth (upper and lower) car with a drawing room as well. Was used on the Pennsylvania Railroad, assigned number 8710 and named Admiral Dewey. Air conditioning was by cold air, from melting ice blocks in boxes under the car, being blown through the car above. It became a work service car on the Buffalo, Rochester & Pittsburg RR and finally was to be a restaurant in Springville, New York.
Upon a holiday in Springville, Mr. Murray Puddicombe came across the Admiral Dewey and found that it was for sale. He purchased it and it took him 2 years to get it moved across the boarder to its present home at Puddicombe Estate Farms & Winery.
The plan for the Admiral Dewey is have it as a bed and breakfast so people may come and enjoy the farm and have the chance to spend the night in the train car.
